College graduates make more income and are more likely to hold jobsthat provide critical wealth building benefits, including retirement savings and healthcare.Unfortunately, access to education is not equal.Children's Savings Account (CSA) programs can and should be a key tool in expandingaccess to college. A CSA is a savings account for a child, opened at birth or at an earlydevelopmental stage, and is often intended to be used towards post-secondary education.
